hi, One of the most critical factors I consider when evaluating a VPS service is the quality of support. My business depends on our website being up 24/7. When I decided to evaluate Linode, I knew it was unmanaged, but I expected part of the evaluation process to entail at least a couple of support tickets for server issues, PTR records, etc. After setting up my linode with 2 websites, email service, etc., I can happily report that I have no experience at all with Linode support (although I hear it's pretty good), because there hasn't been a single issue that I couldn't resolve. Either the answer is a couple of clicks away in the wiki or the Linode Library, or I could do it myself easily in the Linode Manager. Everything just works. For More Details Animated Video Explainers
